Disclaimer:

We make every effort to make a water tight fountain for years of enjoyment. We construct our fountains with the finest products we can obtain. Never use hard tap water in your fountain as the minerals in the hard water will cause the pump to seize up in a very short time and will not covered in the warranty. Always use distilled or RO water and drain it between uses. Always use caution as to where you put and run your fountain. At times the flow of water may hit a leaf or flower and splash. So never run it on sentimental or expensive furniture.

Terms:

We accept MasterCard, Visa, Pay Pal, money orders or cashiers checks. Any checks must clear before fountain will be shipped.

We will usually ship with in 24 Hours of your order. Although at high volume times like the holiday season, shipping may take longer. We will notify you after receipt of your order if this will be the case.

Sales Tax

All orders within the state of Nevada will be charged 8.01% sales tax.

Returns

Your satisfaction is our primary concern. We will do our best to satisfy each and every one of our customers to the best of our ability. In the unlikely event that you may want to return your fountain or fountain kit, please call us for a return authorization #.

Out of Stock Products:

If we are out of stock on the product you ordered we will notify you as such. You may then cancel or substitute your order to a product we have immediately available. No charges will be made until a product is actually shipped.
